The next AGM will take place on Friday 5 November 2010 at 16:00 in the William Speirs Bruce Lecture Theatre at SAMS. 

At the AGM, members

• received a report on the activities and budget of the Association during the previous year,
• elected office bearers and
• may vote on changes to the constitution

All members – individuals, students, and corporates – have one vote. Members employed by SAMS have no voting rights.
