Research Project: Oceans 2025 T4: Biodiversity & Ecosystem Functioning

NERC Oceans 2025 Theme 4: Biodiversity and Ecosystem Functioning

Abstract: The natural variety of marine life plays an important role in delivering ecosystem functions and benefits. To lessen impacts and ensure sustainability in a changing world, we need to be able to detect biodiversity changes as they occur – and predict likely consequences. This project will use a range of approaches to address gaps in our knowledge of how biodiversity affects marine pathways and processes.
