The Marine Policy forum is a cross-departmental initiative that meets regularly at SAMS to discuss policy issues. It draws upon the wide scientific expertise that exists across SAMS and implements a multi-disciplinary approach to current marine policy issues.

• Function of the policy forum
• Arctic policy overview.

August 2008. SAMS focus on Scottish Marine Bill. Guest speakers: David Palmer (Scottish Marine Directorate) & Mark Steward (Argyll & Bute Council).
