Jason is a seasoned professional with experience in leadership roles across a wide range of sectors and emerging markets. Jason has enjoyed senior roles as a commercial and investment banker, a strategic consultant, and has run operating companies. Throughout his 39-year career he has established a track record of creating and managing strong stakeholder engagement with Government, C Suite and Board.  In 2001 he founded Jasper Capital Ltd, a consulting and corporate finance firm with a particular focus on the UK, Middle East and Africa. He continues as the CEO of Jasper, now a full service business services group with clients spanning the globe, and is currently advising a range of technology companies in relation to developing their commercial models and raising growth capital.  Prior to founding Jasper he enjoyed successful careers with Lloyds Bank International, Saudi International Bank, a JPMorgan affiliate, and the Barclays Bank Group. He has acted as an advisor to many major governmental and private organisations.

He is a graduate of the University of London, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and sits on the CISI’s Gulf oversight committee and is also on the Middle East regional board of the International Project Finance Association. He is an experienced SCUBA diver and passionate marine conservationist.
