Magnus has been a Chairman, CEO, COO, and CSO of public and private life science companies in the US, UK, Sweden and the Gulf. His passion is building exceptional teams that profitably make or deliver life changing products and services.

His MBA thesis was on the potential of marine biotechnology to stimulate economic development in the West Highlands and Islands. More recently he was instrumental in the creation of BASF Pharma Callanish on the Isle of Lewis, a global leader in high purity Omega 3 purification from fish oil and other sources. This facility employs over 80 staff on Lewis and exports hundreds of tonnes of high value pharmaceutical grade Omega 3's around the world.
