Diving Technician

I work for the National Facility for Scientific Diving, supporting world class research and developing novel methodologies to augment diving science.

My research interests lie in the field of underwater stereophotogrammetry (SfM MVS), particularly in its application to dynamic biogenic structures such as coral reefs. We use this technology to examine key features of such diverse areas as tropical atolls, temperate reefs and the abyssal plains.

My main roles within the NFSD are diving support for NFSD projects and collaborations, and managing a recompression chamber team of 20 staff.
