Keir is an experienced multi sectoral general counsel and commercial and transactional lawyer, with 30 years of legal experience in the agriculture, agritech and technology, blue economy, biomaterials and energy transition spaces. 

With expertise in commercial partnerships and joint ventures, licensing, disputes, finance and corporate governance, he supports innovative and social enterprise companies in board and advisory positions. Keir has strong interest in the growth and success of sustainable blue economy businesses.
