I am responsible for the HR operations work flow which includes anything from providing support to our resource group which then feeds into our recruitment process to staffing issues, annual reviews, promotion and recognition, learning and development as well as payroll and pensions.
 
I am one of the longest service members in the organisation with 30 years’ experience supporting a number of functions across SAMS as well as NERC including administration, PA, finance, science award boards, business and innovation as well as in the last 14 years supporting Human Resources.
