Rachel is responsible for managing the customer services and sales for the Culture Collection of Algae and Protozoa.

She is also involved in the maintenance of accurate strain holding data;managament and development of CCAP database and website; development of the CCAP knowledgebase; phytoplankton enumeration as part of the FSA Toxic Phytoplankton Monitoring Programme
