In a unique approach to addressing carbon emissions, B Corp Mission Performance will be calculating the carbon generated for every program of work delivered for a client, turning it into a Unit of Environmental Investment (UEI). This unit will then be invested directly to one of their carefully selected charities, of which SAMS is proud to be the ocean representative, who will in turn put that donation into positive practical action.

Mission Performance is a transformation and leadership coaching consultancy, who bring together the skills and knowledge of a diverse team, the latest in behavioural science and rich experiential learning to create powerful immersive experiences. As a registered B Corp, they strive to be business honest and transparent, combining a People-Profit & Planet approach into their daily operations, leading them to explore and identify creative ways to mitigate their negative impact from carbon emissions. 

Any funds raised for SAMS via the partnership with Mission Performance will be used specifically for seaweed and micro-algae work, one of the most exciting and revolutionary opportunities of our time. This partnership also aims to develop the science leaders of tomorrow - growing the talent pipeline who can support emerging algal markets - which have the potential to be globally transformational in the face of environmental crisis.
